No. Our beginner on-ramp and small-group coaching are built for first-timers. Every level trains here.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Memberships are month to month, cancel anytime.
What happens during the free 7-day trial?
Full access to train, meet a coach, and try a class or personal session before you decide on a membership.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Just workout clothes and closed-toe shoes. We'll handle the rest.
